Re-evaluation
Supervisor
Hundt said that there was originally a presentation with John Watch from MJW consulting
regarding the re-evaluation but it will have to be rescheduled because he had a family
emergency.
Speed Limit
reduction Request
Councilwoman
Vicki Doyle said that on May 10, 2004, Jim Rapoli met with the Streetscape Committee and
it had been agreed upon that there is an urgent need to reduce the speed traveling
east toward
the center of Town on Route 44. She added that
there is also a passing zone located in front of the ballpark that would need to be
corrected as well.

MILES PER HOUR TO 30 MILES PER HOUR BY SUPERVISOR HUNDT

SILO RIDGE
Scott Volkman
said he is an attorney representing Silo Ridge Country Club. He introduced Rob Caeners and
Bob Roth. He submitted petition requesting a
zoning change. He said he met with the Town
Attorney and Town planner. Mr. Volkman said
that he is requesting the Town Board declare lead agency.
He added that there was a need to clarify the right of the owner to have a

restaurant
and catering facility. He said that it is
consistent with the Masterplan. He said that
it includes a hotel facility and amenities, it also goes through the history and
ownership.
Sharon
Kroeger asked Mr. Volkman to comment on preserving land for agricultural uses.
Mr. Volkman
commented that they are in favor of preserving open space as well.
Councilwoman
Doyle invited Ms. Kroeger to attend the meeting on July 1st regarding open
space.
Supervisor
Hundt said that Ted Fink, the Town planner will be preparing a comment letter.

RE-ZONING PROCESS AND CIRCULATE THE NECESSARY MATERIALS TO THE INTERESTED/INVOLVED
AGENCIES FOR AN ADVISORY OPINION AND THEN TO RETURN TO SCHEDULE A PUBLIC HEARING BY
SUPERVISOR HUNDT
