Project Summary: This project includes, but is not limited to: extensive 5 acre site work (clearing, grading, electrical service, sanitary sewer, well, storm-water management, driveway); construction of an approximate 12,620 square foot, 6 double bay garage building with office/breakroom, mechanical bay with lift, and wash bay; construction of a 60’ x 80’ salt shed and attached storage building (4 enclosed bays and 2 open bays); construction of a fuel station (diesel and gas) and installation of perimeter fencing.

Project Summary: This project includes the installation of approximately 864 feet of 5-foot-wide concrete sidewalk and curbing located along portions of Route 44 in the Town of Amenia. The project may include, but not be limited to, saw cutting; milling; concrete and asphalt removal and disposal; the installation of concrete curbing, sidewalk, and ADA accessible ramps; removal and disposal of existing drainage structures and pipe; the installation of pre-cast concrete drainage structures and pipe; the installation of wooden split rail fence; and paving as indicated in the contract documents.
